CD Trofense is a Portuguese football club based in Trofa, a town in the Norte Region. The club was founded in 1930 and plays its home matches at Estádio do Clube Desportivo Trofense, which has a capacity of 5,074 spectators.
The team's colors are blue and white, and they compete in the Campeonato de Portugal (third tier of Portuguese football). Their best seasons were in the mid-2000s when they earned promotion to the Primeira Liga (first tier of Portuguese football) for the first time in their history.
